Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Revo LLC (“Revo”, “we”, “us”) for the RevoParty apps, including Truth or Dare, Charades and Party Games, and the revoparty.app website. By downloading or using any of them, you agree to them.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 16 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it, to use our apps. Some games or packs may be marked for adults only. If so, you must be of legal age where you live to play them.

2. Play responsibly

Our games are meant to be fun for everyone in the room. Cards and dares are suggestions, not instructions. Anyone can skip a card at any time.

  • Never do anything dangerous, illegal or harmful, or anything another person hasn’t clearly agreed to.
  • Respect other players’ boundaries and privacy, including before filming or sharing photos.
  • If your group drinks alcohol, only do so if you’re of legal drinking age, and drink responsibly.

You are responsible for what you choose to do while playing. Revo isn’t responsible for players’ actions.

3. Your licence to use our apps

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our apps on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute our apps or their content. The terms of the App Store or Google Play also apply. If you downloaded one of our apps from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies as well.

4. In-app purchases

  • Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is taken by Apple or Google through your account with them, under their payment terms.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. See our support page for how to ask for one.
  • If you change device, you can restore purchases from each game’s settings using the same Apple ID or Google account.
  • If we offer subscriptions, they renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel a subscription.
  • If you live in the EU or UK, consumer law may give you a right of withdrawal. The App Store and Google Play handle these requests.

5. Content you create

If you add player names or write your own questions or dares, that content stays on your device and remains yours. Don’t create content that is unlawful, hateful or that harasses others.

6. Intellectual property

The RevoParty apps, their games, questions, design and the Revo and RevoParty names and logos belong to Revo. Apple and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC.

7. Changes to our apps

We may update our apps, add or remove games, or change features. We’ll do our best to keep the content you paid for available.

8. Disclaimer and liability

Our apps are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t guarantee that our apps will always be available or error-free, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

9. Ending these terms

You can stop using our apps at any time by deleting them. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously break these terms.

10. Governing law

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If you keep using our apps after a change, the new terms apply.
