Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026
RevoParty makes party game apps for iOS and Android, including Truth or Dare, Charades and Party Games (together, “our apps”). This policy explains what information our apps and the revoparty.app website collect, why, and what choices you have. In short: our apps don’t collect personal data, we don’t show ads, and we never sell anything about you.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is Revo LLC (“Revo”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at contact@revocorporate.com.
2. What we collect and why
No personal data from our apps
Our apps don’t collect or store personal data about you. There are no accounts, no analytics, no crash reporting and no ads.
Downloading game content
To download game packs and settings, our apps connect to Google Firebase (Remote Config and Realtime Database). As with any internet connection, Google receives the technical information needed to deliver that content, such as your IP address, a random app installation ID, the app version, your language and your device type. We don’t use it to identify you or to track what you do in our apps.
In-app purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) through your account with them. We never see your payment card details. Our apps check what you’ve bought directly with Apple or Google on your device, so they can unlock your content and restore purchases on a new device. Apple and Google send us order reports (such as the product, date, price and country) that we need for accounting, tax and refunds.
Content you add
Player names and any custom questions or dares you write are stored only on your device. They are not sent to us.
When you contact us
If you email support, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and we use it only to reply to you.
What we don’t do
- Our apps don’t require an account and don’t use analytics or crash-reporting tools.
- We don’t show ads and don’t use your information for advertising.
- We don’t sell or rent your personal information.
- We don’t track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and we don’t access your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA or AAID).
- Our apps don’t access your contacts, location, photos, camera or microphone.
3. How long we keep information
- Data from our apps: we don’t keep any.
- Order reports from Apple and Google: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Support emails: up to 24 months after our last exchange.
- Content on your device: until you delete it or uninstall the app it belongs to.
4. International transfers
Google (Firebase, Google Play and the host of this website) and Apple may process the technical and purchase information described above outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. When that happens, they rely on safeguards recognised by the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. This website
- No accounts, forms or cookies: revoparty.app doesn’t ask you for any information and doesn’t set cookies.
- Fonts: pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
- Hosting: our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type) for a short period for security and troubleshooting.
- Links: links to the App Store, Google Play and revocorporate.com take you to sites with their own privacy policies.
6. Children
Our apps are intended for people aged 16 and over, or older if the law where they live sets a higher age. Some games may be meant for adults only. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you think someone under 16 has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR and US state privacy laws such as California’s, you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to receive a copy of it, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. We don’t sell or share personal information for advertising. Because our apps don’t send us personal data, in most cases we hold nothing about you; the exceptions are support emails you send us and order reports from Apple or Google.
To use any of these rights, email contact@revocorporate.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Deleting your data
- Data on your device: uninstalling an app deletes the player names, custom content and settings stored in it.
- Data on our side: our apps don’t send us any of your data, so there’s nothing stored for us to delete.
There’s no account to delete. Purchases stay in your Apple or Google account, and we may have to keep transaction records that the law requires.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. For significant changes, we’ll also let you know in our apps.
